What your company receives

A program with a beginning and an account of the work.

This is the proposed scope for a first engagement. Partner availability, deliverables, costs, and timing must be confirmed in a written agreement before the program begins.

01

An agreed brief

Your objective, initiative, audience, geography, budget, responsibilities, and reporting boundaries.

02

A confirmed delivery plan

A qualified organization, relevant checks, evidence requirements, and written responsibilities. WOL coordinates the program; field delivery is separately confirmed.

03

A company participation page

A clear account of the initiative, contribution, timing, and claims supported by the available records.

04

A way for employees to take part

One scoped participation or learning component. Event logistics and field delivery are quoted separately where needed.

05

A communications package

One launch announcement, two progress updates, one closing account, four social adaptations, and internal communications copy, with permissions and approval agreed.

06

A closing evidence report

Source records, actual results, measurement limits, and a recommended next action. Renewal follows a review of the first program.

A straightforward commercial model

Know what you are paying for.

WOL charges an agreed fee for program design, management, content, and reporting. Conservation contributions, field delivery, creator licenses, merchandise, and travel are separately stated when relevant.

Pricing follows the scope. The proposal identifies the delivery partner or recipient, payment arrangements, approvals, and cancellation terms. WOL service fees do not count as ocean contributions.

Company registration and individual network membership remain free. A paid program is optional.

From interest to participation

Agree on the plan. Then begin.

  1. Share your brief. Tell us the objective, geography, audience size, preferred timing, and budget range.
  2. Confirm the scope. Review the partner, deliverables, fees, evidence plan, and commercial terms.
  3. Contract and confirm payment. The agreed payment arrangement and delivery confirmation precede a booking and program start.
  4. Participate and report. Follow progress, review the closing evidence, and decide whether to continue.

Availability is confirmed individually. Online checkout is not active; submitting an inquiry does not charge your company or book an activity. There is no fixed start date until the agreement is confirmed.
